Three Crosses Distilling Co.
This local distillery is a go-to for us when we have friends or family in town, and also when buying holiday gifts. Their specialty drinks are imaginative and delicious, enjoyed in their cozy bar or outside on the beautiful patio, You'll want to take a few bottles home as well! Check out their menu and hours HERE.
Powhatan Goodwill
As a former Goodwill employee, I have to give a shoutout to this excellent Powhatan location! We always discover unique finds here, the staff is friendly, and the store is clean and well-organized. Find the exact address and discount color of the week HERE.
Four Seasons Restaurant
When it's time for a nice dinner out with the whole family, this is our favorite spot! With homestyle meals and delicious Greek dishes, not to mention the mouthwatering desserts, this cozy restaurant is not to be missed. Check out their hours and extensive menu HERE.
County Seat Restaurant
Equally good for a delicious hot breakfast in the morning, or catching some live local music in the evening, you'll love this warm local treasure. Flatrock Sports Bar & Grill
We love to pick up dinner here on the way home! Delicious burgers, excellent Mexican-style dishes, and the nachos are huge and filling. This place is also fun for grabbing and after-work drink, the staff is friendly and fun! Check out their menu HERE.

We thought we might have a harder time finding good sushi when we moved further from Richmond, but we found the perfect place! With excellent sushi and Chinese food, this is our favorite Asian restaurant! Check out their menu and place your order HERE.

Keenbell Farm - Rockville
This local family farm is where we get nearly all of our grass-fed beef, pasture-raised pork, and free-range chicken and eggs. Their bacon is out of this world, the sliced beef is perfect for jerky, and our favorite meal is mixed ground beef and pork patties topped with cheese! Check out their hours and price list HERE.
North Street Press Club - Farmville
We stumbled upon this gem recently when we went out exploring! The atmosphere was wonderful, we loved the patio seating, and the varied menu had something for everyone. We enjoyed some delicious wings, creative burgers, fresh pretzels with cheese dip, spicy shrimp tacos, and even fried rice! We highly recommend this spot, learn more HERE!
